Net lease properties sought for immediate purchase. Net Lease Capital buys institutional quality net leased assets of all major property types including: industrial, office, retail and hospitality. Forward commitment transactions can also be structured such that the build-to-suit developer or corporate tenant has a permanent take-out in place.
Acquisition Criteria:
- Property Type: Single-tenant net lease industrial, office and retail properties
- Lease: Bond net, triple net or double net
- Lease Term: 7(+) years remaining.
- Tenant Credit: Investment grade or equivalent.
- Private companies also considered.
- Location: Nationwide.
- Preference for major markets areas.
- Development: Forward commitment on build-to-suit and sale-leaseback properties considered.
- Price/Size: $5 to $200 million
