Net Lease Capital is actively acquiring triple net lease property and corporate sale leaseback property for its own account, with institutional joint venture partners, and for clients seeking programmatic acquisition of net lease property. Joint venture partners include pension funds, institutional investors, and private entities.

Net Lease Capital has purchased over $850 million of net lease property and holds a portfolio of $100-300 million at any time.

The Acquisitions Group seeks institutional quality office, retail and industrial properties with preference for the industrial sector, for leases of seven or more years, and for tenants with credit ratings of S&P "B" or better.

Acquisitions are frequently made on an all-cash basis without financing contingencies, assuring rapid, reliable closings. Transactions with assumable financing will be considered.

The Acquisitions Group works closely with corporations seeking to take real property off their books through sale leaseback transactions. Working with an extensive network of institutional and private capital sources, the Acquisitions Group provides debt and equity for corporate sale leasebacks. Forward commitments are provided for build-to-suit developers and for sale leaseback clients.

The acquisition team brings together six professionals averaging 15 years of real estate investment experience, with backgrounds in real estate law, income tax, accounting, real estate underwriting, and capital markets. This expertise assures streamlined transactions for brokers, build-to-suit developers and corporate tenants.

The Acquisition Group functions independently within Net Lease Capital Advisors, but draws from the larger organization’s expertise and reach, and from the principals’ experience purchasing and financing sale leaseback packages of triple net lease properties.
